It has fulfilled the requirements prescribed by the Real Estate Transaction Law, as confirmed by the following Decision, Class: UP/I-330-01/09-01/489, Ref. no.: 526-05-01-01/2-09-2, Republic of Croatia, Ministry of Economy, Labor and Entrepreneurship, and has been listed with the Registry of Real Estate Brokers in the Republic of Croatia.
