Matulić – real estate agency, Reg. No. 92298079, was established in 2004, having its seat in Split, Mažuranićevo šetalište 1, 1st floor, kept in Agency Register of signatories of the Rules for Agency in real estate transactions under ordinal number 311-06.
We primarily operate in the area of the County Splitsko-dalmatinska including all islands, and according to our client’s needs in all parts of Croatia. We work in all segments of real-estate dealings from the agency in trade of sites, hotels, houses, flats, apartments, to the rent of residential and business spaces, to creating and monitoring the construction projects. We are specialised in agency for sales of larger construction sites as well as agency when leasing business premises.
There is a team within the agency which consists of four educated agents who follow clients from finding the most convenient properties suiting the client’s needs in the best way, presentation of the real-estate itself when visiting project, checking the status of the property in the land register, the cadastral register, acquiring documentation needed for concluding a purchase contract and its legal control, advisory support to the moment of taking the property into possession. Our agents try to fulfil the requirements of our clients with their work, persistence, professionalism, knowledge and monitoring of the real estate market.
